I'm going to write a recipe book for vegetarians. I would be interested in your recipes, so that the book would be varied and have a wide variety of recipes.

This is certainly not my recipe, I stumbled upon it some time ago:

               Ingredients

  • 600 gr. sliced and peeled cucumbers
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup nonfat natural yogurt
  • 50 g fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground pepper, plus some for decoration
  • 4 tsp. olive oil
  • radish for decoration
  • Preparation

1. Blend cucumber, avocado, yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender on high smooth. Chill soup if necessary.

2. Serve the soup, drizzled with oil and sprinkled with ground black pepper if desired and garnished with pieces of radish.

By the way, I can make a template for your book, that's what I do, here's my work https://thegoodocs.com/freebies/recipe-templates/ .

Homemade gluten-free vegan white chocolate
1.First, dissolve the cocoa butter (pour hot water in a large bowl, dip a smaller bowl in it, add the cocoa butter and stir until dissolved).
2. Then add the melted butter to the bowl and mix with the other ingredients.
3. Pour into chocolate molds (I used a silicone waffle iron mold) and put in the refrigerator for a few hours.
