Plasmolifting PRP Gel Tubes (10 per box)

The PRP procedure in dentistry is carried out in several stages:

taking blood from the patient,

dividing the blood into components using a Harvest centrifuge,

injecting plasma to the patient.

For PRP, a little blood is required, usually from 30 to 60 ml is taken. Then the flask with it is placed in a centrifuge, where under the influence of centrifugal force it breaks up into separate liquids. As a result, two types of plasma appear — one of them is saturated with platelets, and the second is not. The doctor needs the first type of plasma.

Further actions depend on the type of operation. If it is necessary to restore soft tissues, then an injection is given to the patient. If the bone is restored, then a platelet clot is placed in its cavity to then fill the empty space with bone material.

With sinus lifting, a cavity is pre-created so that there is a place to place the clot and material. To do this, the sinus mucosa is lifted above the bone. This is usually necessary so that the implant does not "fall" into the sinus, because it requires at least 10 mm of bone to fix it. If the patient has a thin layer of hard tissues under the sinus due to atrophy, then they are increased with the help of sinus lifting.
