Hello) I need your advice. I can't lose my weight. I do sport 3 times a week, drink a lot of water, but my weight is the same.

I had such a problem and my mistake was not calculating the total energy I lost and calories I ate. I ate only healthy food but in big portions. And I couldn't lose weight. But my friend helped me to calculate how many calories I burn daily. Then I started to eat less and I lost 6 kilograms in a month. on the website you can find how to do it.

maybe you drink TOO MUCH water. It is not normal. And try to sleep 8-9 hours , and go to bed at the same time every day.

I remember the days when I just ate and slept. But one day my jiju and boyfriend called me fat. That day I was in pain and cried, so I decided to lose weight and work on myself. I bought myself some gym clothes, Ryderwear leggings and went to the gym, and then everything changed. I did aerobics with full energy, boards, weightlifting, avoiding unhealthy foods and eating healthy foods became a part of my life. I ran on a treadmill (my favorite) and did 100 squats. And I did it, I lost weight.
