For vegetarian what is some good weight loss diet?

I am a vegetarian over the past 15 years. To the last few months, I notice that my weight gain almost 10 pounds.Now I want to lose my weight which I gain last few months for my unbalanced diet chart. I am a traveller that is why each time I fail to maintain my diet. I see plenty of diet chart but most of them for meat-eaters none for us veggies.

So I want some recommendation or ideas for a good healthy weight loss program.

I am also facing the same problem as I am a vegetarian too and when I try to lose my weight I can't find any diet chart which helps me. Then one of my friends suggests me to visit the Gym in Kolkata where the trainer understand my body structure very well and prepare vegetarian diet chart and believe me within one month I can see the result. below I describe my vegetarian diet chart which may help you to lose your weight.

1. Feeling half of your plate with non-starchy vegetables such as broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower and mushrooms.

2. Need to include protein at every meal and snack such as beans, nuts, lentils dairy products and soy foods.

3. Choose for complex carbs like grains, starchy, fruits and legumes.

4. Need to look your portion at high calories food.

5. Eating mostly whole foods.

These 5 points you need to follow if you want to lose your weight with proper diet.

Also mind that you need to eat different dishes. Once I used to eat bean cultures only more than few weeks... And that brought some bad effects
