I began to have cognitive difficulties about 4 years age.

For example, I was starting to have that "why did I come into this room" feeling many times a day, and that's largely gone.

So I added several supplements to my diet and they have indeed made in my opinion a notable difference.

One of those supplements was shilajit. That's a pitch resin, mostly used in ayurvedic treatments. You can easily purchase it at https://purblack.com.

There is a number of studies that support its benefits and positive effect on our bodies and mind.

But in a world of many companies and thousands of products you do have to do a lot of homework, and admittedly some of it is guesswork.

I have been going through disorders for cognitive function of the brain due to which I was used to remaining depressed and stress all day. It had affected me at the peak level after which I started taking supplements for my normal functioning of the brain, which helped me a lot. I would recommend taking the Brain Support Complex Capsule once a day. You can buy it here: salubritas.co.uk/product/supplements/vitamins/brain-support/
