Nervous gastritis is considered a disease of emotional and it is caused by stress or anxiety, which can affect our stomach, causing an inflammation of the gastric mucosa. Causing abdominal pain, usually in the stomach, heartburn, heartburn or burning. Here are 5 home remedies that t can help combat nerve gastritis:

1 Honey

Add 2 tablespoons of honey in warm water and drink this liquid every day on an empty stomach. This will help to reduce the acidity of the stomach and the walls will heal naturally.

2 Olive Oil with Milk

Pour a tablespoon of olive oil in a hot or warm cup of milk, take this mixture every day before breakfast. It is the best remedy to treat the irritation in the stomach caused by gastritis. You will notice the difference.

3 Drinking Ginger Tea

Ginger is the best ally to heal the stomach. Mix ginger and onion in equal amounts juice and drink the mixture twice a day, to the relief of inflammation, nausea, and irritation of the stomach.

4 Parsley Juice

Squeeze juice of 2 or 3 tablespoons pure parsley and add 1 pinch of black salt and black pepper powder. Drink daily 3 times during the day. It will also improve your hunger.

Licorice 5.Infusion

Licorice has great soothing properties that help to relieve the stomach. You can consume it in the form of licorice already cooked and prepared, or you develop an infusion boiling the equivalent to one cup of water in a saucepan and adding 1 tablespoon of licorice. This drink should take it with caution, is not recommended for those suffering from hypertension or fluid retention.
