Hi All,

I am a new vegan, just introducing myself. I've went on vegetarian and vegan stints throughout my life, but for different reasons, went back to eating meat. The only problem is, being true to myself is being vegan, so here I am going for it again. When I eat meat or even eat products from animals, I have a picture of the sad lives many animals live and I feel pain and guilt for being a part of it. I have been vegan since Thanksgiving with great success. Well, there's one catch. I have had omega 3 supplements using fish oil. Yesterday, I just picked up spirulina and today, I just switched from the fish oil to spirulina. So, I hope that goes very well. I'd love to hear what works for others and I'm interested in mental health improvements from veganism, too.
