One of my friend getting very serious problems regarding exercise causes hair loss. He is gone very depression and going to left exercise. I gt suggest from teachers and suggest meeting with the doctor.

After the 5 months hair loss treatment result, he is very happy with hairs.

Regular Morning walk and running its too much helpful.

I also have choose this activity and lose 2 kg weight in one month. But I am so tired till evening. Then I decides to eat and drink juice of energy foods, Its unbelievable idea for me. I never tired in whole day. My energy is improve and I work properly with early time.

I've been thinking about fitnes and sport's last time, when quarantine started. Didn't knew where and how to start, but I found one site, it's called raisetwice.com .
