Nice video.
I still eat eggs and real dairy - but I try to buy alternatives when I can and eat them instead.

Humanity is the only species to consume the lactating fluid of another. Not 'natural' by any stretch of the imagination,is it? no

Even when I don't consume animals or product that comes from animals, the video still scares me.

Most people just try to avoid the truth because they are so used to hearing what they want to hear.

I love being vegan! Vegan is a healthy life style, an animal cruelty free life style. We love the world, love the animals, and care about our health.
Be vegan and save our planet!

I just wish everyone would give veganism at least one chance.

I don't know if I would ever be vegan, but I know I would gladly try vegan dishes.

All you gotta do is read labels and get creative with your cooking. :)

Yeah, but for me I am still trying to get the hang of being vegetarian.
I will try to find a dish that sounds good enough to make that is vegan and totally start adding more vegan things to my recipes.
I have a vegetarian cookbook, plus other things I have found online, that I still have yet to try.

Yeh,perserverence is the key. Have found Vegan products which I didn't like (i.e. 'Scheese' & 'Cheezly') but made some simple stuff of my own instead.
For instance,it's easy (& inexpensive!) to mash some canellini or butter beans with garlic & chilli flakes, splash of oil, creating a great sandwich filling or
toast topper. As with anything new, lots of trial & error LDT,but you'll get there. Good Luck!

I do think that grain fed cattle and dairy products are needed to feed our growing population though. Cattle are actually mostly kept on pasture, then are on a grain based diet for about 3 - 4 months in feedlots.

I totally agree, it's definitely not the way we should go. I ate meat and dairy all my life prior to this year. I can't imagine my life poisoning my body and killing the planet just for eating. The only thing that reminds me of my previous life is my australian bbq thermometer. However, it wasn't that easy to step into vegetarianism. Unfortunately, shops don't offer quick and nutritious snacks (except plain fruits and veggies). Also, it's sometimes hard to suppress the desire to eat sausage or cheese. But all of these are just temporary difficulties.
