Low Fat Quinoa Salad

1 cup quinoa, cooked & cooled

2 plum tomatoes, cubed

1/2 cucumber, cubed

1 carrot, peeled

 

dressing:

juice of I orange

juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspn agave syrup (optional)

1 crushed clove garlic

2 Tbspn balsamic vinegar

black pepper or sumac to taste

 

to garnish:

parsley

pine nuts

 

mix the veg with the cooked, cooled quinoa in a bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and pour it over, stir well then garnish with parsley sprigs and pine nuts

enjoy!

The recipe seems to be good as it includes many healthy ingredients. The making is not clear to me. You didn’t explain it here. Why it’s so? I will be grateful if you have share more contents here. garage door panel repair

The recipe for the salad will definitely help many people to make it amazingly. I had tried a much different type of salads and going to experiment this in my home. Hope everyone will like it. tv providers
