Why do vegan products cost so darn much?

The processed ones cost a lot--you're right. But you can eat vegan without buying them. The non-vegan vegetarian products are also spendy (Quorn, Morningstar Farms, Boca...)

Actually, in the long run and if you do it right, you will save money.

Also, isn't it worth a bit more of cash for something that is actually beneficial to your body instead of the cheap junk most people consume?

Love that site! Also, I don't know what country you're from, but I've found alot of cheap stuff in England. What I will say is that you have to do a lot of your own preparation and cooking... but it's all worth while!

When buying healthy nature-based foods, you shouldn't have to be digging holes in your wallet. It's actually quite brilliant.

Yes, much preperation and cooking involved. A healthy vegan can't be a lazy vegan... wink
