I found a Whole Foods type of multi vitamin.
It's because I was told [before I started vegetarianism] that I needed to take a multi vitamin and a vitamin d supplement. After a while I stopped taking the vitamin d.
I still take the multi vitamin - but maybe more so for my mom's sake - but I think it is helpful, since I don't think anyone can really meet all of their daily requirements.
But I may be wrong.

Hello guys,

There are definitely lots of products out there that's form sure, some effective, some not so effective. I was taking multivitamins over a long period of time in tablet form and haven't found them very effective to be honest.

I'm quite involved in a local vegan club and one of the ladies there recommended taking B12 supplements in a patch form. I was a bit sceptical but it gave me so much of an energy boost and helped relieve some of the tiredness and best of all vegan friendly!! These are the ones I used:

I switched my brand of Multi Vitamin because I cannot find the Whole Foods kind anymore.

:/ Seems everytime I find a product I like - the store stops selling it next time I go back.

hey, just started to take a vegan supplement for antioxidants

it's called powbab

they basically are chews made from a fruit called baobab.

baobab is really high in antioxidants and fiber.

one chew is only 20 calories and tastes really good :)

you should try it out!
